  4. Remove dough from bowl and transfer to parchment paper. Using slightly lubricated hands, roll into a log that is 10 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide. 
  5. Gently push the remaining toasted sesame seeds into the log so that they cover it evenly. Put the log in the fridge for at least an hour or two, or until it becomes solid, wrapped in parchment paper.
  6. Take the log out of the refrigerator and slice it into sixteen rounds, each approximately half an inch thick. Keep in the fridge until needed, or serve right away.
