The classic American burger toppings—bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato—have been transformed into a delicious and filling pasta salad that can be enjoyed alone or as part of a group.

250 g of dry farfalle pasta

Chopped 4 slices of bacon rashers

Mixed tomatoes (little ones halved, large ones quartered), 400g punnet

An Avocado, Cut Into Slices

50 grams of a salad blend

1/4 mug of chopped dried basil leaves

2 Tablespoons of Pure Olive Oil

Vinegar of red wine, Italy’s Coles, 2 tablespoons

Whole-grain mustard, 1 teaspoon

Parmesan cheese, shaved, about a third of a cup

Recipe

Step 1

For optimal pasta preparation, it is recommended to use a large saucepan filled with boiling, salted water and to closely follow the instructions on the package.Drain. Rinse off in the cold water. In other words, drain efficiently.

Step 2

In the meantime, put a pan on high heat. While stirring, bacon can be cooked to a crisp for three to four minutes. Use a paper towel to absorb the water.

Step 3

Combine the spaghetti, salad greens, basil, bacon, and tomato in a large bowl. Put everything in a bowl and toss to mix.

Step 4
